
HACCP
High levels of food safety are not achieved on their own. We invest a great deal of work in controlling the quality of our production.
Rose Poultry A/S has implemented HACCP at the plants in Padborg, Vinderup and Skovsgaard. HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points, and more simply said, it is the company's internal control program.
The internal control program helps to ensure high levels of food safety in production. It either removes or reduces the risks specified for its internal controls.
The internal control program is approved by the veterinary authorities and is subject to regular audits that sometimes may come unannounced. In addition to the company's own program, food safety is also checked by independent veterinary controls. And lastly, internal audits are undertaken by the quality assurance department as a part of the internal control program.
