Duck from Rose is something new, which has come about from a collaboration with the company Dansk And. Dansk And is responsible for the rearing and slaughtering, whilst Rose is responsible for marketing and sales. Duck is available in two varieties – as conventional and as organic duck. Both are available as 8-week and 14-week duck. The Danish duck is sold fresh or frozen and also whole and in various cuts; the frozen ducks are also oven-ready in tinfoil trays.
