Rose’s organic chicken is purely Danish bred, which can be documented from the egg to the refrigerated counter.
Organic chickens are hatched from organic hens and reared on Danish feed; they live twice as long as conventional chickens before they are slaughtered. The meat does not contain any remnants of antibiotics or other medicinal products and has never been exposed to GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms). Everything around the organic chickens has been done according to the rules for organic production and of course, the chickens are guaranteed to be free of salmonella. Rose’s organic chickens won the sought-after Børsen’s food award ’08 for best flavour and texture.
