Roasted products

Roasted products are only available frozen. This may be hot wings, thigh (also called drumsticks), wishbone or similar. These are smaller cuts that are marinated first (neutral or with flavour) and then roasted. Most often the products include a glazing layer on the outer side, which protects the product from frost erosion like a jacket which also retains the flavour. Everyone knows that freezing can weaken the strength of the spices, but with a glazing, the flavour is retained in the meat.
