Chicken Drumsticks
2 kg beetroot 50 g capers 2 tsp. ground cumin ½ dl olive oil 4 cloves garlic, peeled 1 small bunch of chervil, coarsely chopped 200 g feta cheese broken into smaller pieces Salt and freshly ground pepper

Bake the beetroot unpeeled at 200°C (until tender), approx. 1 hour.After the beetroot has cooled remove the peel and cut into approx. 1 cm. slices.Thoroughly blend the garlic, ground cumin and olive oil and mix with the chervil and capers.Heat the peeled beetroot briefly in the oven. Stir all the ingredients together, adding salt and pepper to taste. Serve with the hot Chicken Drumsticks.
