Chicken breast filet
Breast of chicken (90%), water, salt, glucose, stabiliser (E451).
Saucepan/frying pan: Frozen – medium heat for 12 – 15 mins. Each side. Thawed – approx. 8 – 10 mins. each side. Oven: Frozen – pre-heated oven at 200°C (fan-assisted 160°C) for approx. 25-30 mins. Oven: Frozen – pre-heated oven at 200°C (fan-assisted 160°C) for approx. 25-30 mins. Thawed – approx. 20-25 mins.
Our chicken breasts are cut from Danish chicken. Marinated in a tasty marinade seasoned with salt.
In freezer (-18° C or colder): See date marking. In a refrigerator (+5° C): approx. 24 hours. Do not re-freeze.
